The former vice president of Nigeria Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has been describe has someone who can unite the lost trust and unity of the country comes 2023 when he is elected the president of Nigeria.

Hon. Oladimeji Fabiyi made this call yesterday in Abeokuta during a stakeholders and state executives meeting of the Amalgamated Atiku support Group (AASG).

Fabiyi who is the director general of the support group said the trust for each other is no more there in country there by making each zone not to trust each other again which was not like that before.

“In Nigeria today, we are now afraid of each other. Look at South East, is like warzone, look at North East there is like warzone, North West is facing insercurity problem and kidnapping; so we don’t trust ourselves anymore, we are so scared of moving from one place to the other and no thanks to president Buhari who has divided us more, we have never been this divided in this country”. He said

Hon. Fabiyi made mention that the ruling APC government led by Muhammad Buhari has taken the country back to 50years and hence the the need to think about who can bring back the desirous change needed regardless of the person age, tribe or religion.

“We need somebody who can unite us together. Igbos are afraid of the Hausas , Hausas are also afraid of the Fulanis and like I said no thanks president Buhari who has brought us to this point.

So we what we need to do is to bring on board somebody with character, and capacity that unite this country together because we are one and we need to remain together even after the civil war, we came back to be together, so for me what we need now is that man who can fix the bill like Atiku Abubakar, who has shown character, capacity whose emergence will be well received by every session of the country.

” North East will not deny him, North Central will deny him, like wise North West and also South East will not deny him because he is there friend, long term associate and he’s there in-law in the south west, it’s same thing in the south of the south, he has given them business that have made their children excel in life.

He has relationship everywhere.

We need someone like Atiku who’s totally detribalised, someone who can bring the country back together and revamp the economy because are on the principice right now. So if care is not taken, and if we don’t do what we need to do, then we run into more troubles”. Fabiyi stressed
